Her name was “Grace” — CH. MARANDA’S MATILDA BAY — and the moment I saw her, experienced her phenomenal temperament, I knew I had to have an Anatolian Shepherd — preferably one of Grace’s puppies — to help me look after my unruly Chihuahuas. Grace went from guarding her goats to winning in the show ring — a true testament to the definition of a livestock guardian!

I was lucky enough to get one of Grace’s puppies and his name was “Bo”. Bo’s sire was CH BIRINCI’S YAHSI “Bo” was bred by Kim Griffith, and he lived to be 15 years old and was guardian to my “flock” until the day he died. He was a magnificent dog.
